When founded, the business was based in Hungerford and West Berkshire and still covers this area. It is currently based in Oxford and the usual area of cover is from Oxford south through Abingdon and Wantage to Newbury, Hungerford and Marlborough. Visits are made outside of this area subject to a travel charge, although this might be subject to revision due to increasing fuel costs.

The current hourly rate is £70.00 + VAT (£84.00 total), subject to a minimum charge of £35.00 + VAT (£42.00 total) and then charged in steps of 15 minutes / £17.50 + VAT (£21.00 total). Phone calls and remote access support are charged based on time and outcome.
